Implementing a sustainable program at Mezcal Tosba

There is a lot of work happening at Mezcal Tosba that goes beyond of cultivating " wild agave ". For the last 4 years we have succeed on putting in practice the thesis proposal of Edgar Merino, an intern from the University of Chapingo and Tosba has been his laboratory.
